I had a really great experience with Princess Abbey, PA! She was very reassuring throughout our time together, and I had no doubt by the end of my appointment that my medical concerns were her utmost priority. She also contacted me through the app after our visit to check in with me and made sure I knew at what point I should go to the ER if my symptoms persisted. In addition, she set up our followup appointment before our call ended. I feel confident that I'm in good hands!

As a primary care provider, I always focus on putting the patient's utmost needs and care first. I strive to provide quality care for patients as well as being able to work with patients to ensure they are given the best experience. What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I have a wide range of medical experience in primary care, ENT, pediatrics as well as geriatrics. I strive to provide quality medical care and ensuring that patients' lives and well-being are improved overall. I am truly passionate about improving the conditions of patients, educating patients, showing kindness, and assisting in every patients' needs and individualities. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy spending time with my family, baking with my kiddos, and traveling the world. So far I've enjoyed time in Thailand, Ghana, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Antigua, Mexico, Aruba, and the Bahamas. Looking forward to my next traveling adventure.

Doctor was great, insurance vetting was not! I was initially informed that my insurance was accepted, then informed that it wasn’t when I had already had my appointment scheduled. In trying to avoid being hit with a cancellation fee, I reached out to Customer service, who advised me to circle back to my provider. I’m hoping to not have to pay out of pocket.

The doctor called me and said she’d help solve the issues but then I got ghosted and couldn’t even call the number back. I also got charged for the appointment that I couldn’t even get to and no one’s answering me back.
