Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful! I got X-Rays and results quickly and was able to determine the cause of my back pain very fast with Dr. Shah. Just note that there is scaffolding right by the office so the front door is just a little hidden under the scaffolding. Strongly recommend!

Puja Shah, MD is a pain management physician and member of Summit Health’s Musculoskeletal and Orthopedics Team. Dr. Shah is a double board-certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management. Her approach to pain management patients is focusing on wellness from the inside out. She utilizes her deep understanding of the mind-body connection and Eastern holistic medicine with her intensive medical training to deliver comprehensive medical training to deliver comprehensive care to her patients, centered on a root cause approach.
During her training in NYC, she was awarded the prestigious Resident of the Year award. Her expertise includes a variety of interventional procedures for neck and back pain, spine pathology, headaches, chronic nerve pain, joint pain, pelvic pain, and much more. She is one of very few female physicians with her unique background and certification, and prides herself in being a modern pain management and women’s health expert.
Dr. Shah is one of the only physicians in the area to specialize in Botox for Migraines, PRP and Stem Cell for many chronic pain conditions, and expertise in women's health conditions. Dr. Shah loves the synergy she has in working with her husband, Dr. Neel Shah at Summit Health, who is an orthopedic spine surgeon. Together they treat and tackle neck and back pain utilizing a multi-disciplinary stepwise team-based approach.
"Please Note: Dr. Shah is an Interventional Pain physician focused on diagnosis of pain conditions. She utilizes specialized techniques of ultrasound and x-ray guided injections/procedures as her main treatment approach when indicated . She does not prescribe opioid medications such as oxycodone for chronic pain, but rather focuses on an interdisciplinary approach. Should you be looking for narcotic medication only from your pain provider, we encourage you to explore an alternate practice at this time."
