I am a psychotherapist with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I specialize in supporting high achievers through burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent 7 years at The Boston Consulting Group. From Summer Intern to Project Leader, I experienced firsthand the significant pressure and stress of working in a demanding, up-or-out environment.

We'll spend our first session understanding your therapy goals and broader life story. As we go, we’ll meet what hurts with warmth and without judgment. My goal is to help you feel the safety and understanding required to foster lasting healing and growth.
