Very impressed ... first doctor's picture does not look like her with this photo here however for new patient, I am very impressed that doctor took all her time to know my medical history, very patient, caring and gave suggestions. Wish they don't move farther from Jackson.
The Office Manager, Inga i think her name was very courteous when I came to the office. I felt welcome. She helped me call my health insurance to see if my visit was covered visit. She then gave me a reference number to keep in case.
The nurse that did my vital was also very nice and polite. When she took my blood work, it did not hurt - she was very patient finding the right vein and it was quick. She knew I was afraid of needle.
All around, it was a great experience. Thank you so much for Zoc online appointment. It was able to make appt overnight.

Dr Dharma was great. Having been used to seeing doctors on base while in the Marines her genuinely caring attitude was very refreshing and allowed me to feel comfortable talking to her about my issues.

I thought my visit was excellent. I was treated with kindness and
respect. My examination was complete and Dr. Sharma took time
with me. She asked a lot of questions and really listen to me and
made me feel so comfortably.

Dr. Sharma spent a significant amount of time with me to go over my entire medical and personal history and did a comprehensive review of my medical history, family history, medication history, etc..
I was not rushed and I felt that she listened carefully and compassionately and I walked out feeling wonderful that I had a great family physician that truly cared about her patients and took time with them. She is a real find in today's Medical Arena.
