Originally from India, where she earned her medical degree, Dr. Patil completed her residency training in family medicine at the University of Minnesota St. Cloud Hospital. The waiting room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The provider's assistant was thorough and friendly. Dr. Patil was kind, compassionate and thorough. She provided a referral to a specialist and assisted with pre approval with my insurance. I received a call the same day within a couple of hours to notify me that the request for outside records had been faxed as well as the referral and pre approval request. We are new to the area and the staff warmly welcomed us! I was relieved to have all this help with my health concern. Thank you Dr Patil and staff!

Dr. Patil was kind and patient and listened to my questions. Her answers were very well rounded and informative. She has excellent bedside manner and is compassionate; I felt comfortable in her care. With my new insurance, I had to choose a new in-network doctor, which I was nervous about. I chose Dr. Patil based on her reviews and bio, hoping for the best but still being uncertain of a new practitioner. After seeing Dr. Patil, I'm relieved and happy that I went with her. Also, her office manager is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Because I was a new patient, the office staff took the time to call me the day before and ask me to come in a few mins early to fill out my paperwork. The office is beautiful and in a convenient location. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Patil was so warm and friendly! She must really love her job :) She took the time to explain pros and cons of the medication she was prescribing. Very informative, very attentive. This is a wonderful office!

I just moved to Dallas and needed a primary care doctor to continue and monitor my regular medications before I ran out. She wanted medical records and wouldn't even prescribe a drug called Lyrica that keeps me from getting sick that I ran out of. I decided if she can't even be reasonable and prescribe a drug that won't even get you high to protect my health I better go somewhere else. If medical records that could have been attained later is more important than my health she's got her priorities wrong

My first time visiting with her and I will never go again. First of all, I went for a physical and prescription. The only thing I got out of it was a pap smear and breast check for lumps. She asked when was the last time I had my blood drawn, I told her 3 years ago and she asked about the results which came out normal. She then told me that she'll see me next year for blood work. (Will I see her again? Probably not.) I asked her for a particular shot required for taking some classes and she just said that she'll put an order in for it then never brought it up again. I was not told of a follow-up appointment or such for the shot that I asked for. In my paperwork I filled out, I asked for a couple of other testing, none was given. I felt like she just wanted me in and out.
When someone else from her office called to do a follow-up on my prescription I had asked for, I asked about the shot and the person said that I didn't need the doctor present to get the shot. I could just walk in and get the shot. My question is "WELL HOW COME I WASN'T GIVEN IT THE DAY OF MY PHYSICAL? It didn't matter if the doctor was to give the shot or not. It would save me time and money to be charged for another check-up." But my time or money is not of their concern, nor is my satisfaction as a new client.
From the reviews on here, I thought she would have been more attentive but my visit was not up to par. Sad to say that I will not be returning.
