Purvi Patel, PA-C is a board certified and state licensed Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. Purvi received her Bachelors degree in Science at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with honors. She then pursued her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has been specially trained for the practice of Dermatology and has been working in this particular field for several years.
Purvi is dedicated to the practice of clinical dermatology. She thoroughly enjoys working with patients of all ages for treatment of various dermatologic concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts, among many others. She also faithfully believes in preventative care through routine full skin exams for the detection of skin cancer. Additionally, she is trained to perform procedures including biopsies and removal of benign and cancerous skin lesions. She also is certified and trained in cosmetic dermatology offering neurotoxins and fillers. She has developed a passion for this field and truly embraces providing optimal care to all of her patients.
When not working, Purvi enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exercising and reading.
