Great visit but had a relapse on Sunday morning. The day after my Sat. apt.. I called there office and got a message machine with another number on it. Called it immediately and have never got a call back. Have had 3 bloody noses since with no call back! Oh well I guess that's the way it goes if you have a problem on the weekend. :(

Was able to make an appointment for the same day. Office staff very nice. Doctor diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what was going on and how to fix it. Very happy with the visit.

Very long wait because the front office staff was unable to verify insurance. Dr. Nguyen himself was terrific. He was knowledgeable and nice.

Dr. Nguyen is very courteous and professional. He was the only doctor I contacted willing to see me on very short notice. From a diagnosis standpoint I could not have asked for more.
