Raman Mehrzad, M.D., M.B.A., M.H.L., is a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in Los Alamitos, Orange County with experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. His philosophy is simple: when surgery is performed to correct pain, breathing difficulty, excess skin, functional impairment, or another medical problem, the appearance of the final result still matters.
Dr. Mehrzad evaluates and treats patients for breast reduction for symptomatic macromastia, rhinoplasty and septoplasty for nasal obstruction or a deviated septum, panniculectomy for symptomatic excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis and abdominal wall concerns, scar revision, painful or restrictive scars, and other reconstructive plastic surgery conditions. When appropriate, his office works with patients to determine insurance benefits and medical-necessity requirements. Coverage is dependent on the individual insurance plan and authorization.
