Very professional and honest. Minimal paperwork. I was very comfortable because the staff didnt make assumptions. They actually listened to my concerns. Office was very clean.

Dr. M. did a fantastic job helping me with my health issue! I am diabetic and have recently had gastric bypass surgery and she helped me sort out what might be causing my current problem. I think that was above and beyond what most urgent care doctors would have done.
She is a very compassionate person and actually LISTENS to what you have to say instead of just HEARING it. To find that quality in a doctor these days is rare! I would highly recommend seeing her if you have an urgent care medical problem!

I only received a general checkup but my experience was great. I especially appreciated the amount of detail Dr. Mergenmeier was willing to discuss when I had questions about results from my blood test. Her staff is also top notch and friendly. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to going back in a few months. :)
