Dr. Bos is amazing. She's always been able to pinpoint my symptoms/illnesses and come up with the most gentle, least invasive procedures possible for fixing them. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the area.

I loved Dr. Boss! She was very friendly, upbeat, and offered great advice. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel that she genuinely cared for my well-being. The only area I was disappointed with was the wait time. My appointment was at 8:00am and I didn't see her until 8:45am. However, I would definitely see her again.

Dr. Bos is a nice, friendly person. She is surrounded by incompetent Medical Assistants and she became very defensive if they made a mistake. One MA in particular is rude and slow. Also, Dr. Bos could not grasp what I needed to do to get her treatment recommendations done. She did not give me the correct information and made it very hard to figure out what I was suppose to do. Her defensiveness and anger hinders her ability to give good care.

Dr. Bos is very friendly. She asks valuable questions and listens your responses, then follows up with more questions (sign of a good doctor, to me. She doesn't immediately assume something but continues to ask for information to validate whatever she may be thinking). Her staff is very friendly as well.

This lady knows what she is doing. She has been right on track and even steps ahead of specialists. She treated my back injury and gave me a couple of referrals, and seemed to know more even than the physiatrist she referred me to. She was also willing to see me and brainstorm other treatment options when the physiatrist she referred me to wasn't going in the direction I had hoped.
Dr. Bos is our family doctor now, and we have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see her for a scheduled appointment. She has a great personality and is very skilled in all things from autoimmune to psychiatry and never skimps or puts off on blood testing, etc if she thinks it may shine some light on any current issues.
Dr. Bos is in the top 1% of physicians I have seen in my life, she is local, the office is easy to get to, and I never have to wait to see her.

Very thoughtful and very very thorough. She spent a lot of time with me and listened. I had a lot of issues and as another doctor dismissed my concerns she saw the severity in them and ran a bunch of tests. She listened and answered all my questions and waited till I was comfortable and ready to end the appointment. She was recommended to me by a friend who had great experiences with her too (holistic, offering a variety of breathing, yoga poses, as well as medication--variety of options.)

Dr. Bos was wonderful. Her assistant, on the other hand... not so much. However, the doctor herself is so fantastic, and it's so rare to meet a healthcare professional that is so genuinely warm and friendly and caring, that I will be going back.

From the moment I booked my appt on this site, I was not impressed with several things. The office personal gave me the wrong location fax number to send blood results from my previous doctor. (not a big deal) When I called to see if they were received, I had to leave a message about why I was calling. When that call was returned, instead of answering my question, they left a message to call them back. When I called them back, I was told since I was not a patient yet, no one from that office called me. The person was quite adamant. When I called the same number later and asked for the person by name, I finally learned that they did not get the blood work yet. The next week, when I arrived for my 3 o'clock appt, I was told that I was expected at 10:15am. I showed them my ZocDoc text reminder for a 3 oclock appt. Without apology, I was told I would have to come back in an hour and a half, which I did. My immediate need for an appt was that I was out of my blood pressure meds. (That is why I had my recent blood work sent) The stated reason for my appt on ZocDoc was to get an overdue, routine pap smear and while there, I figured the Doc could look at the recent blood work results and renew my script. I was told that I could not have both. I left without the pap smear and paid almost 3X what I am used to for an office visit. All in all, the doctor's "bedside manner" and knowledge seemed quite good or else I would not go back. I still need the annual gyn exam...oh well. I'm hoping it will work out in the long run.
