She smiles, explains things in layman-understandable language, thus is easy to talk to; she’s got a good sense of humor, too, which helps a great deal.

I thought she was very caring and very attentive to us, listening to everything I have to say. She gave us very good advise and suggestion as to what needs to be done with options. I felt very good immediately right after seeing her. I will definitely come back to her if I need.
