Rachel is just the best-- I have learned so much working with her and have made so much progress working toward my goals. I also find the app so helpful and easy to work with. Thank you!
Rachel is the BEST! I have been working with her for two years, and she is so understanding and thoughtful. At our most recent session, we ate a fear food together, and that was such a great experience for me.

More about Rachel Kelley, RD, RDN, MS

This provider is not licensed in the state of CT and NY. Rachel grew up on a farm in South Carolina, where food and cooking were always a part of her life. Years later, after graduating college, food became the enemy. With a new job in a new city, food felt like the only thing she could control. She got rigid with her diet to the point where she'd eat dinner before going out with friends, just to stay on track. It was completely unsustainable. Over time, Rachel remembered her love for cooking and eating and (thankfully) made peace with food again. This journey ultimately prompted her to return to graduate school at New York University, where she earned a Master's in Clinical Nutrition so she could help others navigate the same process. Before joining the Culina Health team, Rachel worked as a renal dietitian and then as an outpatient dietitian for the Northside Hospital system, primarily counseling patients for weight management, diabetes management, PCOS, GI conditions, and pregnancy.

Dr Rachel is great - always enjoy our convos!
Rachel is nothing short of amazing! She is extremely relatable and holds me accountable in the most respectful of ways. I have learned so many useful tips on how to navigate my life and food and look forward to always meeting with her to talk about my wins and challenges. I know I’m not perfect but she is teaching me to be more consistent and I am extremely thankful and look forward to continuing to work with others her!
I was lucky to find Culina Health through a google search and began working with the company in January 2022. What really appealed to me was the fact that they accept insurance, which is not common and was super easy to confirm. I was paired with nutritionist, Rachel Kelley who has been absolutely amazing. In a short time she has really taught me some considerations for my eating habits. Never telling no to a planned meal prep, but helping me think about opportunities that will make a healthier choice. She knows I’m in this for the long haul as I want to develop new, long-term healthy eating habits and she regularly introduces me new foods and ways of thinking. She has been one of best the nutritionists I’ve worked with. I nightly recommend this organization and, specifically, Rachel.
Rachel has been the most amazing person to work with. I tested out a few RDs before landing with Rachel. She is informative, supportive, professional and available to answer everything. I feel like she cares so much and that I am not just a number, everything has been super personalized.
Rachel has been vital to my wellness journey as a new mom navigating what is best for my changing body and hectic lifestyle! She has given me invaluable guidance to make nutrition and nourishing myself enjoyable & easy to access. I cannot recommend her enough!!
I recommend Rachel with the highest conviction. Since my first appointment in 2018, Rachel has helped me reshape my relationship with food and more importantly rewire my mental and emotional approach to my health. By following Rachel’s guidance, I have lost considerable weight, trusted myself more, and felt healthier.
