The entire staff was incredibly friendly. I can be a huge baby when it comes to needles and the nurses and doctors seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rachel Menges as she was very kind and calming.

Dr. Menges was so nice!! She was funny and caring and I didn't feel rushed! I'm glad to have found my new PCP. Additionally, her assistant was super sweet and so was the lady who took my blood. I waited less than 20 min (I arrived early and was still taken back before my appt time.) Complimentary valet available and her office is conveniently located on the first floor.

Fast service and had everything i needed done. Though I had sensitive results that were released and despite several attempts over last couple days the provider has still yet to speak to me regarding my results. Everytime i’ve called into the office to follow up, staff is mildly condescending and have offered little to no help. As a nurse I’m very disappointed with the lack of care and communication being provided. Don’t recommend coming here unless you won’t need anything outside of the routine

Due to a special circumstance, they really worked with me on making sure all was explained & helped me as much as possible. Dr. Rachel was so professional, calming, clear, and personalble. I felt not just like another patient, I felt like she was interested in making my appointment worth it.

The receptionist was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. I arrived 7 minutes before my appointment and when I walked in, I told her that I had an appointment with Dr. Menges and I was told to sign in and have a seat. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was asked for my insurance card and without confirming the reason for my appointment, I was told that my insurance doesn't cover that when it does. The nursing staff and the doctor were fine. The person working labs had no bedside manner (esp. to someone like me that doesn't like needles). Overall, I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Dr. Menges was nice. However, I don't feel like my needs were fully met during my visit. I expressed some concerns I had and instead of doing a new ultrasound (after I mentioned that I hadn't had one in almost 5 years) she wanted to requested from my previous OBGYN. I never heard back from her or anyone from her office in regards to the request from my previous OBGYN. I felt like some of my concerns were not properly addressed during my visit. It is a week lately and I still do not have my results from my visit. The office made sure that they called to follow up on whether I reached out to the referral provided for me, but did no follow up in regards to my results. I was told I would receive a call today and the day is almost over and still nothing.

The front office staff was ok, there were a couple of issues such as a long wait time, their systems were down so they couldn't run payment and then they took a photo of my ID on their phone which I was told is part of their system, but made me nervous. One lady also kept taking off her mask which given the current environment in Texas was probably not the best considering she is the first interaction folks have with the office.

Im usually pretty nervous with doctors but Dr Menges is super nice! She was the most informative and attentive doctor I've ever had. Ive had constant hip pain for a year. Other people I know with the same pain get prescribed pain meds, are told to take it easy, and get sent home. Dr Menges ordered an xray to make sure nothing was wrong and got me started with physical therapy right away. It feels good to know that your doctor wants to help you solve your issues instead of just treating symptoms!

Was looking for a well woman exam with a doctor/NP who was within my insurance network. Her office was close to home and got me in sooner than later. Only downside was the wait time, which happens with most doctors. Highly recommend NP Menges, she had good bedside manner and was easy to talk with.

Dr. Rachael did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable, explaining all the processes and helping me to understand everything involved in my visit. She made me feel at home and welcome in her office and I’d highly recommend her to any woman looking for a new doctor. She was 100% thorough and did not leave out any explanations, she answered all my questions and I left the office happier than I’d been for that whole day! The entire office staff was extremely friendly, no one was rude and all of the nurses, blood drawing nurse and front desk ladies, EVERYONE was just so nice!!
