Rachel attended Western Washington University and received her BS in Exercise and Sports Science. Beforehand, she attended the University of Washington earning her MS in Nutritional Sciences. Rachel’s Clinical dietetic internship experience was at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Centers, with a clinical concentration in eating disorders at the UW Roosevelt outpatient clinic. She is also a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietitian for the State of Washington. During this time she lived in Bellingham for four years and is currently enjoying and residing in the beautiful Greenlake neighborhood of Seattle.
In her spare time, Rachel loves spending quality time with people, having movie / game nights, experiencing new cultures, and appreciating the beauty of the PNW! Rachel’s passion is to empower people to live the life they truly want to live, without the chains of negative body image or disordered eating behaviors holding them back.

I've worked with Rachel for several months and she still can surprise me with an amazing session full of insights - and when we started today I didn't want to talk. She is open and I can trust her. Be honest about where you are and Rachel (& all of Ramey) will work with you - they want this to be your personal recovery, not just a set program or dialogue. I love that Rachel passionately wants me to recover.
