I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, insomnia, and sleep challenges, life transitions, stress management, and the unique mental health needs of college and graduate students.
With 7 years of nursing experience and advanced psychiatric training from Southern Adventist University, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and supported.
