I met with Shant, who was very kind. His staff was unexpectedly out so he had to do all the administrative and billing and cleaning in addition to seeing me, and he was so gracious and polished about it all. Very caring and expert level of service. My perception is that this clinic offers the right blend of cautious and caring. It's frustrating when you meet with a doctor who is dismissive or too opinionated, but it's equally frustrating when a doctor just doles out an Rx without really asking good questions. Dr. Shant has a great approach. He is engaged and listens and educates you. I will be back.

Dr. Kazzian was very compassionate. It was my Mom's first visit to this office as a new patient and the doctor took the time to understand my Mom's health background and current condition. He gave us the time we needed. He definitely demonstrated what we want to see in a doctor; caring and giving his undivided attention. The staff was very good as well.

I appreciated that he wanted to do blood work before treating me. However, I have had a hard time reaching him since the first visit. He aid to call. And has Never returned my calls. Im still in pain and having to wait a month to return to see if he will treat me?

He is a kind doctor and seems to care about me, not just my symptons but all of me. I really appreciated his consult. The first time I saw him he took adequate time with me to make me feel heard and cared for.
Rare thing today, many doctors dont even look you in the eye or remember your name.....I will continue to be treated by Dr.Kazazian for as long as possible.
