They coordinate with specialists and behavioral health providers to ensure continuity of care, addressing both physical conditions and mental concerns holistically. Additionally, the PCP offers preventive care, health education, and early interventions to promote overall well-being and improve long-term outcomes. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a passionate foodie who delights in exploring new cuisines and creating memorable meals. I like to start the day with energizing runs on the beach with my husband and 2 golden doodles. I cherish family time whether at home or on new adventures.
