I have been impressed with her skills, both medical and personal, since my first visit over a year ago. I wouldn't think of changing.

Raissa is amazing. She never rushes through my appts and is always very knowledgable. She genuinely cares about me. She's also very conscientious about how much prescriptions will cost and will work with me to find a medication that does what I need while also being able to afford. I can't say enough great things about her!

Since then, Raissa has worked for more than a decade as an ER and trauma nurse at Baptist Hospital In Beaumont, Seton Medical Center Williamson Hospital and Austin Emergency Center. Raissa is a certified Biote Hormone Replacement provider, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and an expert in allergies and immunotherapy, having run Zest Family Medicine's allergy clinic for the past year. She had a very welcoming manner and made me feel comfortable after not going to a doctor's office for a long time. We chatted about allergies in Austin and was quick to add in a flu shot while I was in the office. I felt listened to, and she clearly explained follow-ups I should take for bloodwork and future visits.

After my insurance was no longer accepted at my long time Primary Care Physician I went months wondering where to go or who to see until a couple of friends suggested I go to Zest. They're LGBT friendly and I've never met Dr. who took the time to really talk to their patients. It was a different experience and I highly recommend going to Raissa Behm.

Raissa was fantastic. I don't normally go to the doctor, I've had some bad experiences before and I'm pleased to say this exceeded all my expectations, even after the recommendation of my partner. I feel like can get my health back on track without the anxiety I've experienced before and free of judgement for my life choices. If you've had a bad experience with another medical provider in the past, you will feel great with Raissa.

Raissa is absolutely amazing! Her bedside manner is very caring, understanding, and she not at all judgemental. Visits are not rushed at all (1hr). She definitely takes all of the stress and worry out of otherwise tough and sensitive conversations. Everybody here goes way out of their way to make Zest an extremely safe and comforting place, and it really shows!

Wow I think every provider at this office is just top notch. Met Raissa for first time today and was equally impressed. Will miss my former provider Dawn but can already tell I'm in great hands. She was very thorough and came up with some answers to my medical issue I had never considered before. Happy to have her as my new PCP.

I originally started my care and hormone journey with another great provider who's no longer here, but Rica was able to pick right up where Dawn left. It was a seamless transition. Rica is so sweet and immediatly felt like a long time friend. I recommend her to anyone who wants a provider who takes time to know you.

I have been seeing Dawn for the past year and was nervous to change providers when she left. However, Raissa was FANTASTIC and completely put me at ease. I don't think Zest could have found a better person to turn my care over to Raissa is friendly, really listened to my concerns and offered great plan of action for my medical issue. Very happy!

Raissa is amazing! She does not rush in and out like most doctors I've had. She spends as much time with you as you need to develop a healthcare strategy. Office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definite human touch to this practice.
