Office is in need of an update. At the very least, a deep clean. The phoropter and other machines in the exam room were dusty and needed a wipe down. My appointment was at 10:30. I was taken back at about 10:45. The exam with the tech was thorough. I waited a long time to see the ophthalmologist. I could hear the patient in the next exam room speaking to the ophthalmologist about real estate after their appointment. Then on speaker phone with a real estate agent. My issues were addressed by suggesting vision physical therapy outside of the office, and basically that everything I'm experiencing is because I am getting older. I left the office an hour and a half later. Take what you will from this- I'm still deciding if this was a good experience overall or not.

Long wait between initial intake with PA/nurse and seeing the doctor. Didn't feel my questions were taken especially seriously. Staff disorganized.

She is a good doctor, but I only spoke with her for under 5 minutes. She was very quick and to the point. She was not very thorough. The people who worked in her office (receptionist and glasses room) had very poor bedside manner and were rather rude.

Very professional, informative and comforting experience. I had to have a stye removed which is one hell of an experience... However the doctor and nurse made me feel confident that I was taken care of and in the right hands. Thank you again doctor and nurse that day. Next time I’m coming straight back to you both.

The worst ever. I tried to get prescribed for an eye allergy like symptom since it was really getting bad. I stopped by in late morning and the doctor prescribed me two medications. However, when i stopped by the pharmacy after 6 hours, i found out the doctor’s office did not send the prescription.... I call the doctor’s office the day after and tell them please send the prescription. Couple hours later, I stop by the pharmacy again, and i find out the technician still didnt send in the prescription........ DO NOT GO HERE. They really don’t care about the patient and will make up excuses of their incompetences.
