I was not happy with the office not having the check-in and my paperwork that I filled out trough ZOCdoc. Therefore I had to duplicate the same paperwork as I had filled out online.

Dr. Mehta did a great job of explaining things to me and giving me a course of action. He was realistic in my care and helped tailor certain routes given my financial situation that is strapped to say the least.

The staff is absolutely terrible and unorganized. They kept talking about how they were ready to leave by 5 and then I had scheduled a colonoscopy and a few days prior I called in to confirm and they had no idea about my appointment. They said the lady who does the appointments would call me tomorrow morning to get me rescheduled and no one ever called me back. The office is also extremely run down. Nothing provides any confidence that they will or can do anything right.

The wait time was unreasonable, in my opinion. The office staff was not very professional and did not take the time to assure me that my appointment time was coming up. I waited over an hour in the waiting room before being taken to an exam room. I purposely chose an early AM appointment in the hopes that he would be on schedule in the early part of the day. I liked Dr. Mehta for the most part, but do think he needs to manage his time a bit better. Plus, his office staff can use some training in customer service.

I waited for 95 mins past my exam time, and no one from the office apologized for the wait. I even arrived 15 mins before my appt. the doctor was good but not after waiting a total of 1 hour and 40 mins. Go to someone else's office for shre
