Dr. Shiwach has been practiving psychiatry in the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex for over fifteen years. Trained in Psyhciatry in the U.K. (Liverpool, Oxford, and Maudsley) and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he later served as a member of the faculty. He is Board certified in Psyhciatry in the U.S. and the U.K.

I had a virtual meeting with this firm. The staff is unprofessional. They delayed all communication and paperwork. They do not take their jobs seriously. Do not use this company. I am only writing this to save others the time I have wasted the last two weeks.

Horrible horrible ineffecint service, lost appts, cancelled appts with no call ahead.
Twice I showed up with appt cards from previous visits with no record of appts. Do not waste your time. Also extra lab panels ordered without clearing for my insurance, of course labs are on site! Total scam. Stay away.

I scheduled the appointment. Drove 25 miles only to walk into an office to find a receptionist with zero manners. She should not be in the healthcare industry & certainly has no business at the front desk of a psychiatrists office. I was infuriated by the way she spoke to me & I was having a disturbance that needed immediate attention. Her lack of concern for me was astounding!

My visit was fine and I only waited maybe 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is totally normal at most places I would say. I had a moments scare when I wasn't sure if the paperwork I needed filled out would be taken care of but the nice lady I spoke to over the phone (Sabrina) actually came to the doctor's office and explained she knew what was going on and would get it taken care of! Was a relief and everybody was very nice :).
