This was my first appointment with Dr. Sachdev. I needed a new Primary Doctor that was local to me. I asked around for suggestions and his name was highly recommended to me by people I trust. Thus, I made my first appointment with him to meet him and so he could give me a physical and get baseline readings.
He and his staff seem to be just what I'm looking for. They seem kind, knowledgable, and skilled. I'm so glad I was able to find such a highly capable and trustworthy doctor and staff so close to home!

I really appreciate Dr. Sachdev, you can tell he loves what he does and he is very good at it! I recommend him to everyone I know! His staff is just way too rude. I have debated finding another practice just because I cannot handle how rude his staff is- but I guess I'll just ignore the staff because Dr. Sachdev is just that good!

Dr. Rajveer Sachdev is a board certified Family Doctor, who initally moved to Rockland County in 1989, and immediately fell in love with the area. He decided to start Primary Medical Care of Rockland- a primary and immediate care medical facility- to give back to his community.
Having worked in a primary/urgent care facility the past 5 years, Dr. Sachdev felt this was a great transition to provide his local community health care for such conditions as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, allergies, asthma, as well as providing immediate care for such medical concerns as colds, cuts- including suturing done on-site, UTIs, etc.
Dr. Sachdev is very excited to be close to his family as well, and looks forward to provide the best care possible to his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sachdev's for several years and have always found him to not only be highly professional, but extremely knowledgeable in dealing with any medical issue I present him with. He has always followed up with myself and my family on our visit, blood work etc. and shows great concern for our overall well being! In addition, his staff are always warm, friendly and compassionate in making sure our visit is a pleasant one.

First time seeing Dr. Raj- he fully addressed all of my concerns in detail, and after an hour (NONE of which was spent in the waiting room!) I left with my mind at ease and a plan in place going forward. I've already chosen to keep him as my primary care physician. Couldn't have asked for more!

I've never been a big doctor kind - of - guy but Dr. Sachdev makes me feel comfortable to the point of actually wanting to get current and proactive with my health care responsibilities (e.g. bloodwork, etc.)

I highly recommend Dr. Sachdev. It's rare to find a doctor that takes the time to sit with you as a patient. Dr. Sachdev made me feel at ease and was very informative on my condition. Dr. Sachdev gave me medical advice as if he's treating a member of his own family. I highly recommend Dr. Sachdev! I’ve been in to see him a few times for visits as well as follow-ups. On each occasion, I was very pleased with his personable nature. I was also notably able to get same day or next day appointments with no delay.
Dr. Sachdev is very comprehensive in taking very professional histories and physical exams. He’s also compassionate and took his time to communicate every process with me, making sure to answer any and every question I had. I referred my sister to him soon after my first visit. He gives quality care and is very down to earth. I appreciated his thoroughness most of all. One example is taking the time to call me after my blood work came in, to explain every aspect of my results with me. He also emailed me a copy as I requested.
The staff is also very friendly and organized. In addition, the office is very well kept and welcoming.

Dr. Sachdev is an excellent and caring doctor! My husband, son and I have gone to him for many years and he has always spent more time with us than any other primary care doctor we've had in the past. He has come through for us in times of crisis and whenever we need general care. It is easy to get an appt. and his staff is courteous. Dr. Sachdev's experience and intelligence puts him above most healthcare professionals and he always remembers the details of our care EVERYTIME! I would recommend him to anyone looking for good quality healthcare.

Extremely knowledgeable doctor! Kind, Very easy to talk to, actively listened to my questions and concerns and then made diagnosis. Dr. Sachdev made sure that my treatment plan were sensitive to my personal and cultural needs; therefore making sure that I fully understood them and that I could easily follow the orders. I feel confident in his care and will definitely remain a patient.
