I asked when I made the online appointment to include the pap test Dr. Parmar asked me to schedule.
When I arrived I was told the appointment was not long enough for a pap test and you must call for this appointment not schedule online.
Please make this clear for those who schedule online or change the online process to include a longer appointment.
I think this is a flaw in your system for scheduling online appointments.

This was great. I needed to get in today and didn't want to use urgent care. There were 3 available appointments and I was able to choose and schedule before the office opened. I told Dr Parmar I would not hesitate to use this service again
