Although my ZocDoc appointment had not been received by the office, they honored my email print-out. The office staff was friendly and efficient and they were there even though we were in the middle of a major snowstorm. They kept me informed of any delay during my wait to be taken back to be seen. I was not seen by Dr. Sahni but by one of the practitioners. Her name was Angela and she was very attentive and thorough. All the other technicians who I was in contact with were also efficient and friendly.

The doctor was AMAZING, however, the office staff not so much. I waited at the desk for 10 min before I was even acknowledged by anyone. My appointment was confirmed online and by and agent, however, when I arrived they said my appointment was for much later. In an unfriendly manner, another person was consulted and with hesitation my appointment time was honored. My appointment was for 11, I was seen at 12:15. The office was crowded with no social distancing.

The front office staff is unorganized and needs lessons in customer service. The doctor (I think he was my doctor) has only spoken to me one time (two visits) and that was to only tell me I needed an EKG and Ultrasound. This office is too quick to have you do a multitude of tests without really explaining the need for the test. I finally had enough after a radiology clinic (that I had never visited) called to inform me that the doctor was recommending me for another test. Mind you, he never told me that and I had just completed one test. When I asked why was this test necessary, the young lady informed me that the doctor needed clearer pictures of my heart. Why? What was he looking for? What was wrong with the pictures I had just taken 3 days ago? Oh, by the way, Dr. Sahni also owns this radiology clinic as well. I politely declined and cancelled all future appointments. I also called my insurance company and spoke to the fraud department.

Dr. Sahni is a great doctor but if you have a heart problem like I do, expect to have your blood pressure rise and worse, get a heart attack dealing with his reception staff, specifically Gema. The first checkup, I had to wait for 2 hours which was too much. When I asked Gema what's taking things so long, she answered back with an attitude and irritated tone offering no apologies whatsoever for the delay. On my follow-up checkup just 2 weeks ago, after waiting for more than an hour, seeing other patients who came in after me, one by one being called to see the doctor, some guy called my name and told me to come with him to the stress test room. I was so confused and when I asked him why, he just told me that I need to retake a stress test which I had on my first visit. I asked Gema why I had to repeat the test, she basically said "They lost the result" and so I have to retake the stress test. She then said "I don't have to worry, I wasn't charged the first time I took the stress test." That's not the point! Problem there was she did not inform me about retaking the stress test by phone and on that whole time I was waiting for more than an hour. It seemed she’s not concerned about my time at all. Even if I had all the time that day for another stress test, I got so stressed already with the idea that she (they) lost my test result and that nobody even told me about it. And when I was telling her I didn't want to do the stress test again because I’m in a hurry and wasn’t expecting to be doing that, she just told me to sit down and slammed my file on the table right in front of all the other patients. This is my first ever review on anything but I have to write my experience, especially for other patients who have heart problems. I just wish people with that kind of attitude won’t have to be in the frontline, dealing with heart patients.

Dr. Sahni was very professional and courteous and welcoming.
His staff could not find my application.
I think that they need to be a little more concern with the patient's time.

It was a good experience. The first time I had an appointment it was longer then I thought, but the second appointment was perfect. I really recommend this doctor to anyone. He shows he really cares and he listens great.

i wish I could give the doctor a higher rating but the front desk ladies are apathetic. I've already had two appointments cancelled for poor communication and lackadaisical work ethic when providing instructions on what to do next. Quality health care shouldn't stop when you leave the physician. The front desk is an extension of this service.

The visit was great. Dr Sahni was very attentive. He took his time with you. The front staff just seemed a little unorganized. They need another medical assistant.

The doctor seems pretty thorough, nice and knowledgeable. However the wait was long....probably because of how good he is. The staff is nice as well.

Dr Sahni did thorough testing, however I feel he was too impersonal. He seemed rushed when asking me questions and I just didn't get the feeling that you get with some doctors when they actually care amd listen.

Dr Sahni was thorough, friendly and really explained things well. The office was clean and nice. I was a new patient and he (verbally)took my history versus just asking me to fill out a form like most doctors do. This made me feel like he really wanted to know about me as a patient - not just as a diagnosis. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is great. Explains things, asks if you have questions and listens. He asked what I thought of the staff and how I was treated. If I do need to continue seeing a cardio doc, this will be the one.
