The experience of Radiology Dept not having the order for my test, especially after I had called Radiology and Cardiology several times to check on this was disappointing, though the receptionists were very helpful and resolved the matter.
My test was over an hour past the appointment time in Radiology.

Dr. Kenneth Lee was very attentive to my concerns. After the examination he ordered the necessary diagnostic procedures including stress test, echo, and blood test and asked me to visit him again in three weeks. The office stuff was friendly. I would recommend Dr. Lee to everybody who needs help with cardiac problems.

Dr Lee is personable but keeps focus to the matter at hand. Although Dr Ross has retired, I was glad to make Dr Ken M.H. Lee acquaintance and thought his recommendations were logical and understandable. His staff was very helpful and accommodating with the onboarding and setting up follow up appointments with other specialist. Also zocdoc appointments need to be confirmed by phone due to the process behind the scenes.
