Doctor called for my virtual appointment over an hour after my appointment time to tell me he didn’t know about my appointment until the night before. Asked me to reschedule for tomorrow but I might want to speak to someone a little more professional and organized. Overall I was really disappointed.

The diagnosis and medication prescribed have changed my life. I now go to sleep like a baby. I wake up ready to great the day. No longer walking at 2:00 in the afternoon depressed and no wanting to leave my bed.

After speaking to the Dr. for over an hour and coming up with a plan for my treatment, Dr. Ryback asked me what insurance I had. Once I told him, he claimed that he didn't accept it! Eventhough his office staff told me prior that he was in network! He told me that he was going to speak to his staff and get back to me. It has been 7 days and I have yet to know an answer, NOR if what we spoke about will happen! VERY VERY INPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL considering why I had made an appointment with him in the first place!

Doctor was polite, and professional. Very caring, and knew exactly what my needs were. I am very happy with this doctor and his staff. They were all very polite and professional.
