Dr. Ravi was the first physician hired by Circle Urgent Care and was highly sought after by other urgent care centers in NY. We feel lucky to have him on board and we enjoy the positive feedback we get from patients about his pleasant and engaging demeanor, matched with his confidence and mastery of Urgent Care Medicine.
Dr. Ravi’s career has emphasized Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine and Occupational Medicine. After practicing in the Boston area for a few years, Dr. Ravi decided to move to the NY Metro area to be closer to family and friends. He is no stranger to NYC’s boroughs, having graduated from Brooklyn College; even though he grew up and trained in the Midwest. Originally from Peoria Ill, Dr. Ravi has completed a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Iowa as well as a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Illinois and a second residency in Occupational Medicine at University of Iowa. He has also trained at Tufts New England Medical Center in Inpatient and Emergency Care.
Dr. Ravi focuses his energy on his personal health and wellness and believes in helping people learn to enhance their overall wellness through good medical care, proper diet, exercise and educating them on how to live a healthier life both physically, emotionally and in the work place. He is an extremely competent and conscientious physician who places the welfare of his patients above all other considerations. Additionally, he always makes sure that the patient experience is excellent by taking the time to listen to patients and also explain the nuances of what might be causing their ailments so that there is a true partnership between patient and doctor in the care being provided.
Dr. Ravi lives in NJ and enjoys the excitement of Manhattan as well as all of the things the NY Metro area has to offer.
