The only downside of my visit was I waited 40 minutes for the nurse to draw my blood, and even still she was apologetic. Other than that, great experience overall.”

I’m not sure if I caught Dr. U on a bad day, but she was very brusque and dismissive towards me right away when she entered the room. She didn’t ask my reason for making an appointment, and she interrupted me and didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain why I was there (it was a very specific reason). She had not reviewed my chart prior to seeing me and did so in front of me. When I tried to offer context to my results, she was very snippy and said she had all the information she needed from my results (which were unrelated to the reason I was there). I hope this was just an off day for her, or that she reconsiders the way she shows up for patients and makes them feel heard.

I booked a virtual visit online with this provider and then the office stated it said it was in person. I have proof that I booked for a virtual visit. The office said my appt was in person and since I was a no show I would be charged $75. This was unprofessional and unfair as I clearly booked something to be virtual

I arrived for my 2:00 PM appointment at 1:45 PM and was taken back to the office almost immediately upon arrival. I was out of the doctor's office within the hour, and I have never experienced such sufficiency. I will definitely continue using this office for my medical needs.

This was my first time coming into this office and the staff was professional and knowledgeable to their respective positions. After the receptionist I met with Nurse Kevin who made it quick and easy in taking my vitals and later drawing my blood.
Dr. Ukatu was pleasant and very thorough. With both listening and providing professional insights as to my specific needs. With this being an annual check up; Dr. Ukatu went through the entirety of what was needed, Head to Toe.

Dr Utaku was very thorough in her examination. She made sure to ask all the important questions regarding my care. She has an excellent bedside manner. She gave me detailed information about my ailments as well as providing relevant resources that will aid me in my health journey. Afterwards she contacted me to explain my bloodwork results and also recommended medications to help my recovery. I will definitely return to see her in the future.

This doctor is listed as an OBGYN and is not an OBGYN. This is an issue known to the provider however they do not call to verify service sought. I specifically used ZocDoc to find and book an OBGYN under my insurance, and I will be billed for a different service I did not want but already paid for because of false advertisement. My coverage for a primary care visit was unjustly used as I requested a different service. Zocdoc needs to do more to verify and confirm their listings.

Dr U. was wonderful. Went for an annual physical and she was very thorough, even asking about dentist/eye doctor visits. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She took extra time to check on another issue that I hadn’t made the appt for as well. She was able to get me up to date on vaccines (saving me a visit to Maimonides) and also had my bloodwork order sent to a preferred lab, versus using the standard Sinai partner.

Although I had a brief wait at the clinic, I'd still highly recommend Doctor Ukatu. She is professional, attentive, thoughtful, communicative, and as a bonus, has excellent handwriting. She went above and beyond, writing me reminders on actions I needed to take and using tabs to organize the information I received. I wish more physicians I've seen worked at this standard.
