The office staff needs to be more polite and proactive in working together among themselves . Esp the one Who responds to “ notes” section written in the zocdoc form. Simply saying “ I do not do that “ does not work.

Dr Patel is a fabulous doctor, I am extremely happy and will use her as my primary physician. She provide enough time to patients and listens to their medical problems. She is very friendly and made me very comfortable. overall it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend and say she is a brilliant and proficient doctor.

Dr. Patel was LOVELY. Extremely patient, friendly, kind and very willing to answer each and every question. I didn't feel rushed at all, which is pretty unusual in New York. She identified my problem immediately and promised to stay with me and keep me safe in the office until I was feeling 100% well enough to walk out. Highly recommend. Wait time about 5-15 minutes in the lobby.
