I was seen 30min+ after my appt time even though they called the day before to ask me to come in 15 min earlier. It was hard to find the office because her name was not listed outside the office and there were 2 different names for the practice and the number doesn't connect to someone who is actually on site. Their credit card machine wasn't working, they expected me to pay cash or go to an atm. They don't take blood or urine samples on site. I didn't feel the exam room was clean. It felt messy and like sanitary items were just piled on a table and there were boxes piled in the exam room next to the exam chair. I could hear everything being said in the next room but luckily it was in another language.
The doctor was nice, professional and asked thoughtful questions. I also thought one of the women at the front desk was very nice, but I wouldn't return to that facility again.
