It was great except thebZocdoc appointment never showed up at the office. My wait was almost 2hours.
Urgent care place
Even if you have an appointment at a set time when you get there the wait is about three hours and if you want to leave they will call you when it is time to come back for your appointment. The staff was all very nice but it never said anything about that when I made the appointment online. Also, the facility was pretty dirty and had a funky smell to it.. Not very much knowledge on eczema.
The staff and Dr. Elder were so compassionate and kind. Great experience. :)
Urgency clinic, unclean, long waits , inattentive staff.
I saw Dr. Carter for a follow up appointment. Dr. Carter is an excellent diagnostittion and caring doctor. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.
The office staff was very friendly and very professional
Even with an appointment I waited 2.5 hours. Ridiculous!
Secong visit I did not see Doctor Samadi - bu Doctor Davis was excellent
Very professional and courteous staff. Appointment time was honored despite waiting room full of walk-ins. I was kept informed about everything. I'm very grateful to everyone there. I feel much better now.
I had an appointment but still waited over an hour. Total visit was 2 hours!!!
Check in time was good since I filled out my forms ahead of time. Wait time from time doctor left to getting prescription was way too long.
I am always pleased with the wait time and how helpful and friendly the office staff and doctors are. I also appreciate how organized they are and how smoothly the checkin and checkout process is.
I found Dr. Samadi to be very compassionate, polite, considerate and thorough. He took his time, listened to my complaints and concerns, and thoroughly explained his diagnosis, as well as treatment steps. It's alway a bit disconcerting meeting a new Doctor, but Doctor Samadi was a total pro and immediately put me at ease. Also, the Doctor's staff were great too.
Very helpful doctor.
long wait but good Dr.'s and staff. I didn't mind the wait they were efficient once i was seen and very thorough.
Dr. Carter took time to assess my mom's illness and prescribed medicine for my mom's bronchitis. My mom is 90, and we really appreciated the excellent medical service.
Very brisk. I was seen my his associate and walked away with 3 prescriptions and I have no idea what each one does. The nurses were kind and very helpful though. I'll go back, but make sure to be more pushy next time.
My in and out time was 3 hours 15 minutes not including the 15 minutes I arrived early. By the time I had been seen at 5:45 (my appointment time was 3:30pm) and the time I was dismissed (6:15 pm) all pharmacies were closed and I could not fill Rx. Because the pharmacies closed at 6:00 (Walgreens, Target and CVS). Frustrating. The Dr I saw did give me a shot of an antibiotic (extra charge). The Dr. Was nice, to the point, quick in his assessment. I probably spent less than 2 minutes with him. My visit was 3.15 hours.
After making an appointment I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours!
I was disappointed with the wait, due to the fact that I had an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. After over a 2 hour wait, Dr. Samadi was great!
Dr Ward was great but I made an appointment at 9 AM for 10:15 and then waited over 2 hours to see the doctor, which is ridiculous considering I had an appointment. I just need a shot/antibiotics, which should not taken 2.5 hours, period!
ITS WAS OKAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL UR HELP GOD BLESS. HAPPY HOLIDAY.
The visit was very affordable and the doc I saw was Dr. Ward. He was very professional and compassionate. The nurses were very nice. My only complaint was the front desk staff seemed slow and spent a great deal of time talking.
Your whole staff is very friendly. I love being able to walk right in at my appointment time with little wait. This was my first time to your clinic and I will definitely be back.
Always a good experience. Like that they now take appointments! Thank you! Feeling better already
Dr. Samadi and his staff are the greatest. They truly care about the patients.
I thought it was the best visit at Trinity Express Med I've ever had. They really shaped up after I wrote that nasty complaint to Dr. Samadi.
very nice. Gave me the proper medications to get back to normal quickly.
We were seen by Dr Elder he was very nice and explain everything we needed to know.
Assistant was not very good. Definately un explained & un necessary charges.
Was very friendly and fast , and im going to be coming back .
I was in the office for 1hour and 45 minutes just to determine if I had the flu. The office temperature was freezing.
I think it was Dr. Elder that I saw. He was very nice and helpful!
I set an appointment for January 23rd at 3pm because I had made arrangements at 5, and I was expecting to be in a room and seen by at least 3:30 so I would be out by at least 4:30. I was not out with my prescription until 4:50, and it took 15-30 minutes (in traffic) to get to where I needed to be. The slow influx of patrons was also very telling that the staff was not taking their job as seriously as they should. There were only two people in front of me, and they were long gone by the time I had asked what was taking them so long. This was ridiculous and it made me late to my MMA training. If they will compensate me for my time, then I will most likely go back. Right now, me returning is definitely not likely.
