I didn't get to see who I requested. I was there before time and what I scheduled I was perplexed on why they was doing so many different things. I was waiting on the physician for so long I called the front desk and ask if they forgot me. That's when 2 providers came in and said due to you waiting so long we gone do your exam otherwise we don't do pap smears on the 1st visit. I am like why in the hell did you schedule the appointment if you not able to render the service. This place was horrible. I have never been so aggravated.

They called to change my appointment to earlier stating that they close at 5 and it takes longer. Got there at their suggested time 2:40 original time was 3:55. I wasn't even called back till 4:15. Then informed by two femal doctors that the person i scheduled my appointment with wasn't in the office. Asked if I would be OK seeing another doctor. They failed to inform me the doctor was male, I specifically asked for a female doctor. He was a nice older guy but again I am more comfortable with female doctor. Asked a few questions about some medical issues and got no help. Doctor had to write everything down and have his scrib ask questions which he looked at me to answer.
I was not happy as i was uncomfortable and it took over 2.5 hours when I was asked to come in earlier I expect to be seen earlier not later than my original appointment.
I will not be returning.
