Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist to the nurse to the actual doctor, was amazing. They were super nice, quick, and professional. The doctor had a student with him (he asked me if it was alright to bring her in) and both him and his student were very sweet and attentive. A lot of times you feel like doctors don’t listen and just throw out a diagnosis. They took the time to listen and ask questions. I also don’t have insurance so they are flexible and easy with their payment. Super awesome experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Wow, I loved everything about my experience with Dr. Fedro. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse, Henry, was super friendly and when he took blood it was an absolutely painless experience. Dr. Fedro was very attentive and listens to my needs and concerns. The office and patient rooms were spotless and easy parking in great location. Thank you, I have found my new doctor.

It was informative. Dr. Fedro was extremely helpful and kind. The entire staff is very personable and friendly. They remember me everytime I come in and that makes me feel extremely comfortable with going to the doctors office. I come all the way from VB (pungo area) to see Dr. Fedro & his staff.

Fealing very relieved. Excellent customer service by Dr. Fedro & all staff. I live in Hampton but I travel to Norfolk for care because of the great service. I very much appreciate all the preventive suggestions as well.
