Sometimes life can seem overwhelming, and problems feel insurmountable. At these times, psychotherapy can be useful in helping you to find your way to a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.
Anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and lack of self-compassion often contribute to feelings of hopelessness. While these feelings are human, there is no reason to suffer from them forever.
In a safe, nurturing environment, I help people to find ways of living less stressful and more comfortable lives. I am especially helpful when people come to me suffering from unbearable grief or loss. I bear witness to these terrible experiences; this is not easy for people - even therapists - to do.
