Savannah Koonce, LMSW

Psychotherapist
32 Un Sq E, Ste 1100, New York, NY
My passion lies in meeting individuals where they’re at and creating a collaborative and empathetic space to explore thoughts and feelings. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed approach, to tailor sessions to each client’s needs. I place a strong emphasis on building resilience, self-compassion, and coping skills that clients can take beyond our sessions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, which have equipped me with a solid foundation to support clients effectively.
