He was not very understanding. I had been there a couple of times for the same problem and he just kept minimizing it. I had to go to a different doctor to get a referral for a CT scan. They were more concerned with getting me in and out since I was the last patient (I work and cannot take the day off to go to the doctor). A nurse even made a comment like “yeah we were waiting for you to get here. You’re the last patient.” I felt like an inconvenience. He rushed our appointment.

Dr. Grewal was nice enough and helpful but the length of the appointment was a bit much. Arrived at 8:15am for an 8:30 apt. (Which was supposed to only be an hour appointment). Didn’t see the doctor until after 9:30am and was there until 11:30.

I thought he was kinda standoffish he never smiled or really seemed to care. I thought his staff was nicer than him but I will never go back. Plus it took three weeks to get my results from the lab for an urine test before they could give me my medicine. And when the results came in the only way I knew was because I called them literally everyday for two weeks.

I came in for a follow up after being in the ICU, he received my records from Cypress. He wanted to send me off for more tests because he wouldnt know what he would be treating!! Even after i told him I was very weak and about to pass out. I left VERY upset

Love the doctor. Only problem I had was when I made an appointment online I was told the times shown were not necessarily available. I originally called at 8:22am and got a recording saying they were closed even though they open at 8. Once I made the appointment online I received a call 20 mins later saying the time I chose was unavailable, when I asked why it was available online I was told the systems don't synch. This makes no sense. Why make an appointment online if the times shown aren't available. My appt was at 230 I left at 3:45 (not bad). When I was leaving there was no one in the waiting room and the girl who said 3:40 was not available (time I chose online) was running out the door, got in her car and drove off like she was late for something. Makes me believe she didn't want someone to take the last appt slot of the day because she needed to be somewhere.
