The doctor was nice, but his staff do not answer the phone then their voice mail box is always full & unable to leave a message & if able to leave a message no return follow up call then to obtain referrals was like pulling teeth also shared that the doctor wanted blood test went to the lab only to find out they never sent the order horrible office staff

The office is dirty. They play Fox News constantly. They don’t honor your appointment times and even when you are the first appointment of the day you will just sit and wait for at least 45 minutes. The doctor doesn’t listen and they don’t fill prescriptions timely or correctly

Was not greeted by front desk secretaries for 25 minutes. Waited over an hour just to get my weight and height taken. Only to be told they didn’t have the test I came in for. Horrible service

Doctor and staff are outstanding. Dr. Arguetta is kind, takes the time to listen and is very thorough. The wonderful staff always make me feel comfortable. This was a busy day with walk ins and is not typical of the wait time. I've been coming for several months and the wait time is normally less than 30 minutes. Well organized and we'll run office that cares about my health. I highly recommend this caring doctor and staff.
