This was a great first appointment. Dr. Kaif is an amazing listener and asked great probing questions. I have a few different health issues and she took the time to understand how I was feeling and came up with a plan to address my concerns. I just moved to the area and am relieved to have found a PCP with great bedside manner

I went to see Rashda regarding a physical examination and an issue with my knee. She did not ask for X-rays or perform any diagnostic to figure out what exactly is wrong with my knee or provide a treatment plan. I followed up her a week later and even in the second visit she did not suggest any treatment plan. I have gone to a new doctor to solve my issue.

Friendly and thorough staff, after I finished with the initial consult with the nurse Doctor Kaif was in just a few minutes later. The Doctor had a huge amount of questions after Doctor Kaif explained a preliminary plan of action. I am extremely happy and comfortable with Doctor Kaif

Dr. Kaif took the time to get to know me and because of this was able to help me with an issue that had been going on for some time. She asked me tough questions, but this was necessary for me to open up and now I am on my way to getting this issue under control. I needed her to ask me the tough questions for this to happen. She could have easily just asked me about my condition that day, but she was thorough, which may help to save my life.

If you have mental health issues, do not go to Dr. Kaif. When I provided my diagnosis as requested, she stated that it is just what psychiatrists give to patients who have too many issues. She asked if I thought I had experienced multiple rapes in my life because I am naive. That is called blaming the victim. I was raped because men beat me and raped me—not because I was naive. She asked if I reported the incident in question. None of your business. She talked to me like I’m an idiot. At one point she showed me how to use Google to search for therapists. Seriously. Guess what? The only idiotic thing I have done lately is apologize to her for yelling at her after she insulted me for the thirtieth time in that appointment. Additionally, I went out of my way to see a female doctor just so I could avoid some of the abrasive questions that men have asked in the past. Upsetting in every way.

Check in was easy. Wait time was minimal. I think it was less than 10 min before I was in the room. The doctors here are nice, and take time to explain everything. I like it because most offices, doctors are rushed and just want you in and out. But I really like that here, they listen to your concerns and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend this office to anyone.
