Dr SHAH is amazing! Unfortunately CRYSTAL RUN's office customer service is terrible!!!. You can not reach the doctor office directly. There is a call center that is located 40 miles from the office. You. have to leave a message and hope that message gets to your doctors office, You stay on hold for extended amounts of time and sometimes get disconnected. Need to be able to leave message DIRECTLY with Doctor office

My visit with Dr. Shah was extremely thorough and gave me the peace of mind that I truly needed. I feel that with previous doctors I’ve been rushed out and not taken seriously about my concerns, but Dr. Shah completely understood where I was coming from?. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one of them, so that I could leave feeling reassured and that the correct action had been taken. The office was a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was totally worth it.? I would continue to make the drive if needed because it’s tough to find a great doctor and Dr. Shah is extremely knowledgeable. l cannot recommend him enough.??

Dr Shah and his medical assistant Rodney were fabulous! It was our first appointment with them since my father relocated to Rockland County from Long Island. As it turns out Dr. Shah trained with my father’s previous oncologist and knew him well. It was very reassuring! He also said he works closely with my father’s new pulmonologist, Dr. Vladu. He spent plenty of time with us , asking questions about previous treatments and how we would move forward. We left the office feeling so relieved and positive. Highly recommend!!

I would recommend Dr Shah without any reservation. His approach was very warm and inviting. He listens, explains everything thoroughly, and leaves rooms for questions. He and his team of nurse and phlebotomist were just as warm, friendly, and professional. Lastly, the practice facility is beautiful. Will definitely go back.

He is awesome! I needed a phlebotomy and the person that normally does this procedure was out sick so I was going to have to reschedule, but Dr. Shah offered to do it himself, which he did and it was a breeze!
