He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, North Shore University Hospital, and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he is also completing his Hematology-Oncology Fellowship. Dr. Levenson’s research focuses on liver-directed and precision therapies in gastrointestinal malignancies. His work includes research on hepatic artery infusion pump therapy for unresectable colorectal liver metastases, circulating tumor DNA during total neoadjuvant therapy for rectal cancer, and data analytics in pancreatic cancer. He is a co-first author of an American Society of Clinical Oncology Education Book chapter on liver-directed therapies in colorectal cancer. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
