Dr. Visconti is great. He is smart, explains thoroughly, asks if you have questions, and prescribes appropriate medications & sends the prescription to the pharmacy right away. I've been going to him for several years and my visits have always gone well. I definitely recommend him.

When I called the office to make sure my appointment was confirmed, they told me that Zocdoc is "very glitchy" and the appointment did not work for their schedule. I am glad I called ahead of time instead of just assuming they would contact me! I was able to squeeze into an earlier appointment, but the front staff was very disrespectful and had a poor attitude. When we were trying to figure out a question about insurance, the woman became frustrated and said "I'm just done" and walked away. The second woman in her place asked me, "And who are you?" when I tried to speak to her, instead of asking for my name. While the doctors here are great, the front staff is sub-par.

Not too bad. The staff was a bit rude but nothing over the top. The nurse was very sweet & attentive - made me feel comfortable. The doctor was a bit standoffish and didn't have the greatest bedside manner.

Always professional there. There only issue is wait times. I had an 11:30 appointment time and I got there at 11:20. I wasn't seen until 12:10. Upon my departure there were still people waiting that were there before me.

I found the staff very courteous and professional. I was taken in promptly for my 3PM appointment . I had a physical exam which I thought was very thorough and Dr. Visconti took the time to take my medical history and ask questions pertaining to my health. He check me out thoroughly. I thought I had the flu but he has seen a lot of people with the same "cold" that will really throw you thru a loop. But it was not the flu, dr. did prescribe a cough syrup that worked well.
