I went there to do my yearly pap smear and they said if I get a pap smear here, I would need to pay a lot of money. So I deciced to do a regular health check up instead, and I paid my copay. They said I only pay copay and nothing else... but I received a bill.

I visited this office for my annual checkup, which included blood work and an X-ray. The doctor was supposed to follow up with me to discuss my results, but I never received a call. I reached out multiple times to ask when I would get an update, and each time, I was given different information on when to expect her call. Unfortunately, the doctor never followed up. Eventually, I was told to schedule another appointment just to review the test results, which I believe should have been part of my initial visit. It feels like they’re pushing for additional appointments to charge for an extra visit, rather than prioritizing clear and timely communication with patients.

Jocelyn M. and the team at Baker Health were one of a kind! I’ve never seen such a fun and positive doctors office! I felt like I was at soul cycle or a we work with how funky the office space was. Everyone was extremely polite and supportive. I will absolutely return!

The office felt more comfortable than a normal doctor's office. I was impressed by the overall feel of the office and how quickly I was seen. I had also made mistakes while booking my appointments and they were very helpful and accommodating. What I booked for two appointments they did in one. They also have a full team of providers, real one stop shop for general medicine which was very nice. I have always had multiple doctors in different locations and now I have my team all in one place.

Excellent, full service office. Office does exams and bloodwork. There is a subscription membership that gives you access to yoga and additional health services. Great, modern and clean atmosphere.

I chose this provider because of availability. They are concierge medical service and actively prospecting new members to join. My visit was for sick so found it annoying to be prospected. Otherwise, clean facility and courteous staff but quality in question. Still keeping my primary care.

The office is really nice. I was so grateful to find somewhere that had Sunday appointments. They were nice and I was seen right away. The provider listened to my concerns and encouraged me to reach back out if I don’t feel better soon.

I saw Dr. Mariani for a sick visit. She was very thorough and kind.
She listened to my concerns, explained the tests she was ordering, and went over the treatment with me. Very knowledgeable and empathetic. Plus the office space is beautiful!

I had an appointment for what I believe to be a ganglion cyst. During my appointment, my nurse googled on her phone what the symptoms and treatments were, something I could have done at home. I was also supposed to hear back about an appointment to get a scan to make sure it was in fact a ganglion cyst and no one ever contacted me. I tried calling the office and no one has been able to assist me over the phone, so still waiting for a call back 4 days later. I would never come back to this office.
