Office staff and Dr Armour were professional and informative. They answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. Thank you !

Overall experience was good, but there's some shuffling around that I've never experienced elsewhere: waiting area, exam room for contacts, back to waiting area, a side area next to another waiting area for some machine to measure the eyes, back to first waiting area, then exam room (for the actual exam), then back to the contacts area. Not bad, just a little odd. All staff were very nice.

The Eye Health NW staff, as a whole, were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend scheduling an exam here.

I only waited about 5 mins after being shown to the exam room. Dr. Armour is really sweet and knowledgable. Eyehealth NW does try and sell you their frames after they provide you a prescription, but overall it was very positive. Dr. A is highly recommended.

This was my first visit with an opthamologist so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was very pleasant. The facility was very clean and spacious. Explanations for what she wanted to do and the results were very clear and helpful. I asked about new glasses since it had been 4-5 years since my glasses were changed but she checked my old ones and said unless I thought I was having trouble seeing, she didn't feel that I needed new ones. Most places would have just rung up a sale without telling me that my prescription hadn't changed significantly, so I was quite impressed.

I was well treated by everyone and my fears were alleviated by the doctor. She explained my condition very well and I understood it.
She was really nice. The visit was quick but I didn't have any questions so that wasn't an issue for me. Staff was very friendly.
Dr Amour was not only very professional but my time with her was excellent.. i was out of her office in an hour and half. i will be coming back next year for my check up.

Highly recommend this Dr.

The front office staff were very friendly and personable. Waited over 20 mins to be called back after my appointment time. Then waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in and spend 10 minutes with me. Never once was I notified she was running behind. Maybe letting patients know of delays would be a little more considerate of their time.
