My name is Rebecca S. Marcano-Ocasio, I’m 29 years old born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I love going to the beach, spending time with my family, and loving on my 14 year-old dachshund. I speak Spanish, English and French and I’m a fun, loving, charismatic, and compassionate person. In 2017 I left my home and family to pursue my dream of becoming a Chiropractor. I’ve seen first-hand how impactful a chiropractic adjustment is and how it can improve patient’s lives. Being a Chiropractor has been life changing for me and every day I fall more in love with this profession; serving people through chiropractic is truly my calling. I’m excited to practice and serve the people of Virginia!

I ove the tailored approach taken. The visit starts of with X-rays and a review of pain points and problem areas, it truly is a tailored approach. Everyone at the office is really kind. The app the office uses makes scheduling appointments a breeze, and recheduling as well. Dr. Rebecca Marcano Ocasio is really knowledgeable and provided care specific to my needs even later on during treatment when different areas of my body needed focus she made Sure to focus on those areas. It has truly been a positive experience coming here for the last couple of weeks. Overall I feel like my ability to manage stress and reduce tension has improved.

Everyone at the office is super friendly. They welcome you by name when you come in. I'm usually in and out within a few minutes. I've been going here for a few years now and I'm feeling so much better after going here. When I get in, there is little to no wait to get in.

I’ve been going to Empower Chiropractor for years and they do such an amazing job! I haven’t had back pain in quite some time and if I’m ever having sinus issues they work their magic and I feel so much better almost immediately.

I was able to be seen right away as a new patient and was able to schedule a follow up to review X-rays and static emg results (and potentially a plan) the following day with my provider.
All office staff were warm and welcoming.
I do wish a treatment plan could be started during the second after reviewing my data.
