I have confidence in his professionalism. He is excellent at what he does. I am very satisfied with his service. I am happy I found him. I am in safe hands. The clinic may want to upgrade their record keeping to computerized/digital system whenever possible in the future for much more efficient operation.

Dr. Barnes is an amazing eye doctor. The first time I saw him, I went to get contacts for the first time. His usual assistant that helps him was out that day, so he took the time to show me how to take the contacts in and out. Only downfall is the rest of his staff. Even though I made an appointment, they (not including Dr. Barnes) acted like I didn't even have an appt and I waited for a long time in the middle of a work day. I don't think making appointments is a real thing with his staff members.

Dr. Barnes is terrific -- he really knows his stuff and isn't trying to milk you for co-pays. I've been during his shadow sessions with student doctors and its quite clear that he knows what he's doing and that he's passionate about the medicine. He's very open to questions and can teach you a lot about your eyes if you're interested in asking!
His staff isn't great... settling my insurance and payment for my first appointment was several month-long process, but I've been to enough bad doctors that its easy to overlook! Definitely not an in-and-out visit, however.

I had to wait more than usual but everyone in the office was very apologetic .Dr Barnes is extremely competent and always explains everything he is doing. Very relaxed atmosphere in office.This was my third visit.

I had a thorough eye exam. I am a type 2 diabetic so Dr. Barnes also made an assessment for diabetic retinopathy. He was kind enough to allow me to see the pictures of retinas; no Opthalmologist that I visited has ever done this. I will definitely be back. ??
