Dr. Reginald Sampson is founder and medical director of Montebello Medical Eye Center. Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Sampson has served both Los Angeles area, national and international patients. He specializes in no suture cataract surgery, glaucoma, and refractive surgery. He has been in practice 25 years and has performed over 50,000 surgeries, and is widely known for his successful visual outcomes especially in challenging cases.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Oakwood College, he then attended Loma Linda Medical School, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Sampson completed his residency at White Memorial Medical Center.
As a member of the community, Dr. Sampson's practice serves as a mentoring facility for Whittier College students who are interested in pursuing careers in medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Sampson trains for triathlons and marathons. He has completed over 75 marathons.
