This has been my worst experience with a doctor visit. I had a cold 2 weeks ago and made an appointment because I still had a cough. I took a few at home COVID tests and they came back negative. The doctor did not seem ok with the fact I took at home COVID tests. She seemed uncomfortable and rushed everything. She said “This is why we only try to take well visits because we don’t want anything to spread in the office”. She made me feel horrible for going to see a doctor because I had a cold. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a doctors visit.

I came with and was given paperwork almost right away. The nurse came in and asked me some basic questions, checked my weight and blood pressure. The doctor came a few minutes later. She was very friendly and knowledgable, listened carefully and explained everything thoroughly. I would come back.

COVID precautions: they had me wait in car, and click on a link that was texted to me prior to appointment. The link brought me to a HIPAA compliant chat that told me to stay in the car, and they messaged me to come in after about 10 minutes.
I was the only one in the waiting area. The front desk greeted me warmly, had me answer few questions I didn’t already answer in the online paperwork I had already filled out prior with an iPad she sanitized and take a picture of my face without mask for security reasons.
Medical assistant was nice and very thorough with taking my history and vitals. Dr. Levykh-Chase was also great, thorough with her history and physical-taking, and had great bedside manner. I recommend this office and staff and physician!
