Massive wait for my appointment. Super busy clinic, no personalized service. Long wait between the nurse to take vitals and then being actually seen by the Doctor Tkachenko. I was explicitly told that my results will come within two weeks and I would receive a phone call to go over the results. It took more than 2 weeks and I actually had to reach out. What's more disappointing is that I would be charged to have my results read out and explained over the phone by the doctor. This place nickel and dimes you with the lack of proper service. I advise to look anywhere else. I will not be going back.

Although I arrived on time for my appointment, I ended up waiting about an hour before being taken into a room. The staff seemed to be quite busy, which likely contributed to the delay.
That said, the office itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly and professional, which made up for some of the wait. Despite the long wait, I would consider going back, with the hope that the wait time might be shorter next time.
