Dr. Sanchez is a board certified otolaryngologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, and an associate member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) who has been practicing ears, nose, and throat and otolaryngic allergy for over 30 years.
Dr.Sanchez’s education includes earning an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB), an internship and residency in general surgery and further a residency in otolaryngology at UTMB earning board certification in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in 1978. In addition, he has extensive training in otolaryngic allergy and is an associate member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA). He is also specialized in bioidentical hormone therapy, having trained with the world’s most renowned bioidentical hormone therapists and is an associate member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
Dr. Sanchez is deeply devoted to maintaining the health of his patients at optimal levels and does daily research to maintain knowledge of the most current technologies in this rapidly developing science.
Commonly ear, nose, and throat diseases have as an underlying cause, usually an allergy to some agent or agents (allergens).With expertise in ear, nose, and throat and allergy, the otolaryngologist can identify the problem, which is, generally symptomatic of an allergic reaction. The affected area(s) must first be treated properly, and, if allergies are determined to be the underlying cause, the causative factor (the allergies) must then be investigated and given the necessary attention.

Terrifying! I left in fear I do not understand how this person still holds a medical license. He stabbed my nose with tweezers that did not look sterilized one bit. He should be removed.

I believe this doctor is very knowledgeable in his field. However, before he saw me, I witness his rudeness and unprofessionalism with his front person. The person met me at the front door very nicely and then gave me my paper work to fill out. Then once I filled it out and handed it back to him, he was still very polite.
Then the doctor came out to me and said he would be right with me after going to the bathroom first. ((o_O)) I was very confused as to why he had to share that. Then he came back and began to speak very rude and demeaning to his front desk person. He loudly informed him that he need to right my name on a piece of paper so that he did not have to do it and then a few other things. So of course I was already prepared for his bedside manner to be off... But I wasn't expecting it to be soooo bad! OMG!
He had two seats front of his desk and told me to have a seat. I sat in one and he then demanded that I sit in the other. He then began asking me questions about the boxes I checked on the paper. I went to him because he was a Nose, Ear and Throat specialist... My Eustachian tube will no open, he should be my guy (my thoughts). He begans to question about my anemia and other things. He begins to tell me what I need to do about my high blood pressure medicine. I suggestively said I was there for my ear, not my anemia or blood pressure. He then shuts me down and says he has been doing this for 28 yrs and he knows. He then checks my blood pressure and continues on with his connection with everything. I know everything is connected because it is on my body. My whole body is connected for that matter... I came for my stopped up ear!!!!
He then looks into my nose, throat and ears. He did a few things with his instruments and still my ear was clogged. He then began to tell me it was my allergies and went on using his untesils to explore my nose and ears. I thought for sure it would be fixed... but no! Of course not! All the while telling me he has been doing this for 28 yrs and he knows what he is talking about... I haven't said anything further for him to say that, because I was irritated and didn't know if I wanted to stay for the appointment. I stayed... (sigh).
He then looks in my mouth and tells me the silver in my mouth is gonna kill me. (YIKES!!!) Now I'm gonna die sir!?!?!?!? Can we not be more negative than this man. He visibly has a physical disability and so I don't know if this is his position on life, but this guy was one of the worst egotistocal know it all and finds talking to people in a demeaning way ok. He seems to gain some sort of power, control and fulfilled feeling doing so.
He writes me a prescription to make my own mix of nose cleaner and then two prescriptions to pick up and one over the counter. He runs over the list twice in his office as if I couldn't comprehend and then when he turned me over to his front desk person, runs over it again. Nothing wrong with clarity, but this guy talks to everyone like they are completely dumb.
I think it is terrible that after only knowing this man for less than an hour that I have this much to say... but this was the worst experience by far that I have had with a physician.
Then strangely enough he walked me to the door thanking me for coming and giving me his personal cell phone number if I need any further assistance. I think that this guy is so freaky and weird that he hasn't had many clients and so when he does get one he is too over bearing and trying to prove what he knows. I'm done.
I left out then feeling sorry for him after being completely disrespected and treated like an uneducated, unhealthy, half-dead human.
