My request was ignored. A simple task that should have taken five minutes wasn't done. I don't appreciate being ignored for hours. If you need something urgent , you will be sorely dissatisfied. The physicans assistant will not answer the line at during Covid which is highly unprofessional. Complaining to my insurance as well.

Dr Rhonda Jordan and her staff are very nice, professional, and cordial, but what's up with that wait time? I don't know who's lap that falls into. Maybe poor time management, too many appt's at the same time ? I don't get it. But as much as I Love them, the location, and especially Dr Rhonda, I may have to regretfully look for another Primary Doctor. Hopefully there is such a thing as an efficient running, time-wise Dr's office.
If every doctor's office is like this, I may as well stay where I am.

Every time I go the wait is horrible. At least one hour. I’ve seen the Dr. and NP and they both seem out of touch. Like they have too many patients to keep up with. I will not be going back.

Was my first time visiting. Dr. Jordan and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jordan genuinely listened to all my health concerns. I felt she actually heard what I was saying before deciding on which tests to do and a plan for treatment.

The only problem i have with Dr. Jordan's office is I think they overbook her appointments. A person have to wait one to two hours before they are even seen by the doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Barnes-Jordan, and I like her very much. My only "minus" was the wait time. However, if a doctor doesn't rush with their patients, I consider that a "plus"!

I checked to verify that this doctor accepts my insurance before I go; then of course the front desk checked again. However, at my second visit, the front desk told me that they do not accept my insurance, therefore we had to pay out of pocket for the visit. We paid for it because we needed to confirm a pregnancy. After the second visit, we received a bill from the doctors office, saying we need to pay for the visit and the insurance bill. We tried to call the number on the bill for hundreds of times but nobody EVER answers the phone. After 3 mails and hundreds of call to the office and nobody answer, we decided to go ahead and pay because it's going to the collection agency. It was VERY disappointing and we were very upset, but we don't even have someone to call to complain!!
Both of our visit took 1-2 hours waiting time; the doctor was in for a minute or two.

I was really disappointed by the level of professionalism in this office. My initial appointment was rescheduled twice by the office due to an office emergency. When I arrived at my appointment, it was almost 90 minutes before I saw the doctor. My blood work was schedule for another day and while I was en route for my 9:00am appointment, I received a call saying that the office would be closed the next two days. I received another call an hour later stating that the office would be open again the next day. I was really disappointed by the mixed messages and unprofessional scheduling. I will search for another Primary Care Doctor.

She actually listens to my concerns, and we decide the best treatment plan.

This was my first visit and Dr. Jordan is a great doctor; however, the office staff truly needs to work on their communication skills as far as follow-ups, referrals, responding to messages. It's frustrating having a good doctor who has staffing inefficiencies.

Dr. Jordan and staff have taken great care of me. She is now my primary care doctor. Dr. Jordan has a beautiful office which helps to ease any bad feelings. Conversating with other patients or other activities before seeing the doctor makes the time past quickly. This office has many patients, so be ontime.

Dr. Jordan, herself, was very pleasant and thorough during my visits. Her front desk staff were generally warm and professional as well, although the young man up front was once argumentative with me when I requested to speak with a nurse about an allergic reaction I was having with a newly-prescribed medication. This was very disappointing. This practice overbooks appointments and accept a ridiculous amount of walk-in patients, resulting in extreme wait times. The waiting room looks like more like a public health clinic.

My visit highly recommend Dr. Jordan. She's a great doctor with an excellent bedside manner and the staff were very courteous and professional. The thing that was not so enjoyable was the wait time, but at least there were activities for the children and television which made the wait time more bearable. The long wait time was due to a new computer system and an influx of new patients, but hopefully after the new system is completed and all glitches removed, the wait time will be greatly reduced which would make my rating all five stars. Overall great doctor and staff.
